In these days, many feel void of hope for their future. The circumstances that have hit the world over the past two years have left many shaken. In life we can find ourselves in circumstances that attempt to destroy our hope and leave us feeling helpless, low, weak, troubled, and depressed.
Hope is a joyful expectation for a good outcome. Hope is very powerful and causes good outcomes to break forth. It will lift you up above the trying circumstances that surround you. Hope is a catalyst for breakthroughs in your life and for dreams to come to pass.
We never need to give into the lie of hopelessness because God has promised us a “future and a hope.” No matter how difficult things might be, we need to always stir up hope and look for ways that we can stir hope in others. God wants us to be filled with hope and then use each of us as His “Hope Ambassadors” to reach the world around us, because in Jesus, everything works together for good for all who trust Him.
My father was a very positive man and never lost hope. He faced some serious problems in his life that were challenging for sure. The onlooker at times thought it to be impossible for a good outcome to appear, but my father would never look at how hard or difficult the situation was. He always had hope. When things didn’t turn out the way he desired, he looked beyond the situation and focused on positive things. At the end of his life, he was still full of hope, joy, fruitfulness, and peace.
Here is a promise to those of you who might be feeling hopeless. As you meditate on this promise, may hope come alive within you no matter what you are facing!
For there is hope for a tree,
When it is cut down, that it will sprout again, and its shoots will not fail.
Though its roots grow old in the ground and its stump dies in the dry soil,
At the scent of water it will flourish and put forth sprigs like a plant.
Job 14:7-9

I decree that:

- I am blessed with a bright future that is full of hope and joyful expectation for an awesome outcome.
- Hope opens up the way and brings breakthroughs in my life causing my dreams to be realized.
- I am an ambassador of hope, encouraging others by stirring up hope in their lives.
- Hope keeps me alive and filled with joy. Hope will never disappoint me or put me to shame.
- Hope cultivates an expectation in me for good things to happen despite circumstances.
- Hope in God causes impossibilities in my life to become possibilities.
- I hope in God and wait with an expectant heart as He answers my prayers.
- I abound in hope and am filled with joy and peace through the Holy Ghost.
- Because hope keeps me secure, I can rest in safety and dwell in peace.
- I am joyful in hope and with patient expectation for all things to work together for good on my behalf.
