THE VISION OF INCREASE

I saw a massive wheat field that was ready for harvest. The stalks of wheat were glistening in the sun. The field was waiting to be harvested.

The Lord spoke:

“You are seeing into the coming season. There is a mature harvest that will come forth for My people. Where they have sown even the smallest of seeds, a blessed harvest will await them. It is a season of great increase for the faithful and this increase will affect many areas of their lives. If they see it, they can have it. What they have sown, they will reap. I will give them an increase of souls, provision, health, wisdom, favor, and peace in this season.  It is a harvest season for the faithful.”

3 John 1:2

Beloved, I pray that in all respects you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers.

Genesis 13:14,15

The Lord said to Abram, after Lot had separated from him, “Now raise your eyes and look from the place where you are, northward and southward, and eastward and westward; for all the land which you see I will give to you and to your descendants forever.

John 4:35

Do you not say, ‘There are still four months, and then comes the harvest’? Behold, I tell you, raise your eyes and observe the fields, that they are white for harvest.

THE VISION OF THE ANGEL OF INCREASE

As I was gazing at the vision of the fields that were white for harvest, an angel descended from heaven. It had a golden scepter in its right hand which I understood to be the “scepter of increase”. The angel spoke saying, “The Lord has given me authority to bless His people with increase.”  I saw the angel stretch out the scepter. To those who were weak, when the scepter touched them, they received increased strength. To those who were poor, they received increased provision. To those who had little wisdom, they increased in wisdom.  To those who exercised small levels of anointing, they increased in power.  Everything the angel touched with its scepter, was blessed with increase.

The Lord spoke:

“I am releasing a company of angels to minister to My people.  They are assigned to bless My people with increase.”

Hebrews 1:13-14

But to which of the angels has He ever said, “Sit at My right hand, until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet”? Are they not all ministering spirits, sent out to provide service for the sake of those who will inherit salvation?”

INSTRUCTIONS TO RECEIVE INCREASE

The Lord spoke to me regarding four criteria to be met to position our lives for increase.

1. Acknowledge the Lord alone as the One who grants the increase.

The world and its systems of operation will become more challenging but those who know the Lord will not be shaken. The Lord has assigned His people to receive increased blessing in the midst of chaos, but He alone is to be acknowledged as the One who is giving the increase. Do not trust in the arm of flesh but put your trust in God alone.

Deuteronomy 8:18

But you are to remember the Lord your God, for it is He who is giving you power to make wealth, in order to confirm His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.

2. Align with God’s Word

In God’s Word, you will find the keys and the instruction for creating realms of increase and for sustaining stewardship of the increase. Align with God’s ways and prosper.

Deuteronomy 8:1

“All the commandments that I am commanding you today you shall be careful to do, so that you may live and increase, and go in and take possession of the land which the Lord swore to give to your forefathers.”

3. Only Believe

Many will fall into fear and anxiety, but the Lord will honor those of faith. All things are possible with the Lord. Hold onto His promises and believe – only believe. Fear and anxiety will hinder your ability to receive the increase God desires to grant. The promises of God are “Yes and Amen”. Believe His promises. Decree His promises.

Mark 5:36b
“…Do not be afraid, only believe.”

Hebrews 3:12a,19
Take care, brothers and sisters, that there will not be in any one of you an evil, unbelieving heart…  And so we see that they were not able to enter because of unbelief.

James 1:6-8
But he must ask in faith without any doubting, for the one who doubts is like the surf of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind. For that person ought not to expect that he will receive anything from the Lord, being a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.

4. Sow Seed

You cannot reap a harvest if there are no seeds planted. Seeds planted in this season will yield a greater harvest when sown into good ground and when sown with expectation in faith. It is also a season to call in the harvest of seeds that were sown in past seasons that have not yet yielded their harvest. Many will be pleasantly surprised when they see great increase coming into their lives due to seed they have sown in past seasons.

2 Corinthians 9:6
Now I say this: the one who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the onewho sows generously will also reap generously.
